John served NYCA in the capacities of General Counsel to the Association and Vice President. His career encompassed over 25 plus years with Con Edison where he began as a meter reader. He worked his way up through the ranks, while attending Law School, to become Senior Counsel in their Law Department. During his tenure as General Counsel for the Association, John was instrumental in preparing recommendations to enhance our Constitution and By-Laws. He was a gentle man that was admired by all. John left behind a wife and three children whom he cherished.
