DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to announce that the New York Claim Association is hosting its first in-person educational session since the pandemic began! Join us on June 20th at the beautiful corporate offices at AON for a morning of education and networking. \nWe have two fantastic speakers lined up for you. First\, we have Steven Scotti\, the Executive Director of the Workers’ Compensation Board\, presenting “Updates from the WCB’s New Executive Director”. This is a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments and trends in New York workers’ compensation. Our second presentation is “Legal Reform in New York – An Advocacy Perspective” by Tom Stebbins of Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York. This session will provide valuable insights into legal reform and the advocacy efforts underway to improve the legal system in New York. The day will start at 8:30 am with breakfast\, and our first speaker will begin promptly at 9:30 am. The second speaker will go on at 10:45 am\, and we will conclude at noon.
